Problem, limitations, solution
The product was mired in feature complexity and a Ui that was failing to support the best possible audience experience.
Apart from the usual constraints and limitations–resources, time, etc.–the browser-based version of the product needed a technology upgrade.
Significant growth was taking place on mobile, so focussing on tactical improvements on iOS and Android helped improve overall performance metrics. In the meantime we were able to put a larger team in place so we could tackle a holistic product redesign.
